Evaluating Rocoto Workflow Suite Tasks

This application provides the state of the respective Rocoto workflow suite tasks. The Rocoto SQLite3 database file is parsed, and a table is returned to both the user terminal and optionally to a formatted file.

Workflow Task Statuses

To execute the application to collect the workflow task statuses, follow these steps.

user@host:$ cd /path/to/ufs_engines/scripts
user@host:$ ./cylc_status --help

Usage: rocoto_status.py [-h] [-to_output] database output_path

Rocoto status application interface.

Positional Arguments:
  database     SQLite Rocoto database path.
  output_path  The directory tree path to where all output files will be written (if applicable).

Optional Arguments:
  -h, --help   show this help message and exit
  -to_output   Write the respective tables to output files; the file is prefaced by `rocoto-engine.status`.

user@host:$ ./rocoto_status.py /path/to/rocoto/database /directory/tree/path/for/output/files -to_output

Successful execution will display the following in the user terminal, while the output will be written to /directory/tree/path/for/output/files/rocoto-engine.status.
